This has been informative, however, there are several versions and this was NOT the one I needed for my class. Be sure to double check your ISBN numbers and note that this one is "BRIEF." It does not include the last chapter on Outlook. The one that does is "INTRODUCTORY." There is also one with the same title noted as "INTERMEDIATE." So, always triple check the ISBN number and not just the title. This is also a book for someone who has very little Office experience. The steps are broken down so far that they seem tedious at times.
Informative and helpful, but not catered towards Mac users. Still works, but there are instructions that don't pertain to Mac users and a bit of searching must be done. I just Googled what I was looking for and multiple blogs popped up on the hard to find or non-existent items. Otherwise great product. Will be having my kids go through the activities over the summer!
Purchased for a class. Good price. Fairly comprehensive. Learned a few things even though I've used Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for years. Also includes Access. Only disappointment is that Publisher wasn't part of the class the book was used for. Also had to purchase a 1.5" 3-ring binder for it.
Ugh. I guess I missed the fine print. I bought paperback and it is literally a pile of papers. I created a binder out of book rings but the pages still rip and it is very hard to study with. DO NOT BUY!!!
Came in without damage, and as expected. Of course it isn't the most durable because it's loose leaf, the paper's thin and the book requires a binder, but it'll survive as long as you don't aggressively turn the pages and such.
The book was in good shape.
