I love keto diet recipes and it is a perfect book for me. I have a lot of keto diet cookbooks that I have ordered or downloaded from here and frankly speaking they are rather mediocre. Recipes are complicated, ingredients are weird and I rarely use them because they have very little to offer to me. This cookbook, on the contrary, is full of helpful choices and I don't have to change them a bit to make them suitable for my kind of diet. I don’t have to think about what I want to fix before I can find anything useful because everything in here is useful for me. I appreciate this book

I've been trying. Really enjoying this Live a Healthy Life ! it was evidenced in the results I experienced.
I was so excited to get this book based on the glowing reviews. But, I was shocked when I tried to start reading it. It has so many typos that it is impossible to get through it. Also, the typos are making me wonder about the recipes. Are they accurate? Will I just waste time and money trying to make them. Here are some examples of sentences in this book:- "Mea planning is the procedure which ponders and answers the question 'what is for the next meal?' by selecting recipes as per your needs and requirements." (and yes..it really says Mea instead of Meal)- "It should be having all the ingredients which are included in the meal plan so that when it comes to prepping the food, everything is on available to you."- "Snacks can also be frozen but they have to be snap freeze first with the aid of items like slices or bliss balls placed on a lined chopping board and then freezing them individually"- "To avoid this prepare one or two meals at maximum and this for sure doesn't mean that the menu shouldn't be bought at all."And here is a gem from an actual recipe: "Cook until chicken is completely cooked."Please beware when buying this book.
