I downloaded the Kindle version of this book as soon as I'd opened my new air fryer. The manual that came with the fryer included no recipes whatsoever. I chose this book because it includes lots of information that cover the basics (like how long to cook various vegetables based on size) as well as actual recipes for all kinds of dishes from appetizers to desserts. So happy I got this book! I refer to it every time I use my air fryer.Best Recipes with Clear Instructions
The measly group of recipes that came with my air fryer are worthless, as are the pre-set temp/times. I needed something to get me going and to give me some examples and basics. This book worked for me. And as I gain experience with my new air fryer, I do go back and reference many of the recipes in it.I don't necessarily use the recipes as is. But I do take times and temperatures and use them for my own purposes. The tips included in this book are really helpful, too.
OMG! This cookbook is exquisite! The recipes are out of this world and the photos are stunning. Just looking through the book elicits a mouthwatering yearning to start cooking right this minute. Barbara did a great job here it has to be said. I’ll order any and all cookbooks she ever authors. Her recipes are just that awesome. You will not be disappointed!

The directions are clear. Love the pictures with each recipe. Unlike Linda Larsen's ,The Complete Air Fryer Cookbook which has no pictures. This will be my go to cookbook for everything Air Fryer. The recipes are simple and easy to prepare. I'll definitely use this to serve some for my love ones and relatives.Such an excellent book.one of the best book i ever read.learned so many things.They stated they have made 2 recipes from it and enjoyed them both exactly as recipe is written.
This book included the number of servings for the recipes and it seems to be the only book that had been edited before printing. I love the fact that most of the recipes are what all of us cook on a every day basis. I refer to it every time I use my air fryer.Amazing book
